Making an Order
Once you have made an order on the PT Winchester Ltd website, you will receive an email from us confirming our receipt and acceptance of your order.
In the unlikely event that a product has been mis-priced, we respectfully reserve the right to request an additional payment, or to withdraw the item(s) and cancel the sale.
In the unlikely event that an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact the customer in the first instance with an expected due delivery date, before deciding how to proceed.
Delivery of ordered items
Please refer to the 'Deliveries' section of this website for full information on delivery arrangements.
Payments
Customers can pay for items using all major credit cards and debit cards. All online payments are carried out via 'Sagepay'. This means that customers can rest assured that payments are fully secured.
Cancellations
Customers are able to cancel orders or return items to PT Winchester within seven days of an item being received (or two days after the item has been posted) and will then be entitled to a full refund for goods purchased. Customers must give notice of their intention to return items, by emailing P T Winchester at shop@ptwinchester.co.uk.
